Pros

I've been working at Summit for nine years and I can honestly say that this is the best job I've ever had. The culture is incredible and the individuals are true professionals. Everyone is willing to help the next person which has created a family-like feel and I think that is what sets this company apart from others in the industry. I took a gamble coming here nine years ago and I couldn't be happier that I did.

Cons

This is a steadily growing company and some infrastructure challenges are encountered but no more than at any other company.

Pros

Summit Aviation has retained its home-grown, small-business feel despite its growth. Each person is recognized for their individual qualities and skills and is respected for their contribution to the team. It's wonderful to work at a place that doesn't just view employees as a resource to be used up! Despite the sometimes frenetic pace of the days, there is always an enjoyable, upbeat vibe, even for those of us who "fly" a desk instead of an aircraft.

Cons

After careful consideration, I must report that the coffee is less than stellar.
