Pros

The coworkers I had as a nightshift worker were some of the best guys I had ever met, it is extremely hard work but does go by fast, and the company is more than willing to pay for overtime

Cons

Where do I begin? The management treats the night warehouse guys like crap, but in reality they are the backbone of the company, without them the shipments would never go out, the sales guys have cushy jobs and don't understand what the warehouse crew goes through, the incentives are ridiculous, they basically encourage you to move faster (which is dangerous and causes injuries) and then once you do hurt yourself then you're not able to make the bonus, if you don't know someone or are able to pick it up extremely quickly you won't see an incentive bonus for quite awhile if ever, I was told I would work till 1am... that is a lie, I can't tell you how many times I stayed till 4am and later and then expected to come back and do it all over again for very little reward, you don't get a discount on beer or wine, you can buy an expired red bull and that's it, the supervisors are young and don't understand what it takes to be a good leader/boss.. the list goes on

Pros

The company provides good hours, early morning to mid afternoon. The job is mentally easy and easy to catch on.

Cons

The job takes a toll on your body, the pay is not the best, and there are little opportunities for advancement.

Pros

Three day weekends, physical job that keeps you in shape, coworkers make it a fun environment, lots of cool clothing to wear

Cons

No chance for advancement. People in higher positions never leave so people just tread water until they get tired of waiting for a chance and go elsewhere. And when an opening does occur, it's based a lot on popularity with the "golden boys" getting advancement. Drivers could get paid better, it's a back breaking, thankless job
