      Colleagues, entry-level opportunities, opened my network

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid, you will be the one doing the most work at this company being the least paid. The commission pay scale is unfair and spoken about openly among colleagues. Customers will talk to you in the most astounding ways via email! Management is not working together, and nobody communicates, I've heard some folks have been waiting 5+ years for a raise. No bonus.
