Pros

Great brands to manage and good coworkers.

Cons

Poor employee motivation and caring, budgets not approved until the end of year to prevent bonus payout, micro management, poor asset mgt. with no CapEx expenditures until overdue by years, no annual wage increases, slow management hiring for backfill, poor upper level support...I can go on but won't.
