Pros

The best part about the company are the fundamentals of how the company runs. The Summit pays attention to us on needs and wants on anything ranging from knowledge, equipment, or things that would simply make us happy. In return, every one of us puts our best efforts to make the ship sail as smooth as possible. We know that our recipe for success is working because our company continues to grow and the company returns the favor with stuff like taking the entire company and their families out to Sun Mountain Resort to relax and enjoy the fruits of our labor. Free company lunches every other week also serve as informal meetings to keep everyone in the loop on how we're doing, where we need to go, or what we need to do. The company also has strong morale as many employees and managers quite often go out after work together in the eternal quest for great food, beer and wine.

Cons

As with all small companies that are growing, the company is in a perpetual state of improvement. This can be a problem when it comes to procedural changes. For the most part, everything gets better as we all have a voice on how to fix things.

Pros

I've never worked for a company that gives you as many tools to succeed as Summit Imaging. The executive team as well as the rest of the company all truly want everyone to succeed and grow within the company and it shows through the culture that has been created within Summit. It's always an exciting working environment, the benefits are excellent, and the company really takes care of its employees.

Cons

The free slushy machine only serves one flavor at a time. Seriously though, there aren't any major cons.
