Pros
Excellent PTO, work/life balance is very important to them. Work is reasonable, executive management is easy to work with. Company experiencing a lot of growth. Would highly recommend working for them if you get the opportunity.
Cons
Health insurance is a bit expensive but the other benefits outweighs this.
