Pros
dynamic, great leadership, unlimited PTO, great medical insurance, nice office space at HQ, lots of free meals and top notch coffee machine
Cons
Very fast-paced, and it can be hard to keep up with the direction the leadership is going. The every weekend calls, releases, and hot fixes are a little extreme. The demands they have on their staff can be unrealistic, but that is why they pay the way they do....
