      Pros

      You get to work with some of the newest machines in the printing industry. They’re flexible with taking time off.

      Cons

      Management style is to brow beat employees to get them to work harder. They will not honor any promise they made to you. They do not give out raises, NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU ARE THERE FOR. Management is disconnected from what’s going on in the shop. Their scheduling is an absolute joke.

      Pros

      15 year employment In the beginning, as a smaller printer, the quality of my work was extremely high despite, out-dated technology.

      Cons

      Due extreme growth, of this family own company, and the owners son leadership, quality and expertise is no longer of any importance.
