      Pros

      Team oriented staff with good communication from the top down. Good opportunity for growth and to pursue alternative education. Great ESOP benefits. Ability to pursue and develop parts of the job you enjoy. Fun events outside of work hours.

      Cons

      Salary and PTO need to be more competitive.

      Pros

      The team i worked with at Sunbelt San Diego was amazing. Jon, Jason, and Allison really made my time here the best.

      Cons

      As a union position, the local 230 union was pretty sub-standard. I didn't enjoy anything about the union.
