WORST COMPANY TO EVER WORK FOR

Pros

The pay is good compared to other employers.

NEPOTISM, NEPOTISM!!!!!!! The owner is married to a VP, that VP's son is the IT director who is married to the Ap girl. The Office Manager is Married to another VP and their daughter is the God Daughter of the owner and the HR Director is best Friends with the owner's daughter!! There is no real HR! There is noone to go to when you are being bullied and harrassed and belittled by upper management. This is by far the WORST company I have ever worked for!!! I can't wait until I find another job.

you got a paycheck every two weeks

Cons

Upper management all got where they are by being family or marrying into the position. Supervisors (because they didn't learn the ropes of property management the old fashioned way) are clueless as to what really goes on onsite or even how to succesfully run a multi-million dollar real estate asset.

Absolutely no pros whatsoever! Just none! Can’t think of anything!

Where to begin?! There are none! Commission structure is something I’ve never heard of! $25 a lease?! I’ve been in the industry for years and I’ve never experienced so much lack of COMMON SENSE! Specially from corporate! Or maybe that’s just the managers not knowing how to Manage their properties or staff! Managers are no support at all! They come and go as they please and ask the office staff to “cover for them” if the AVP calls! Unbelievable! I have no idea why I took on the job. Stay away from this company!

Hello there. Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We value the opinions of our former team members. Your experience with one manager should not be a reflection on our entire company. SunRidge has been in business for 25 plus years with a system in place that works for us and our communities. There is strict protocol set in place for leasing staff and assistant managers to receive their commission. If the job is done correctly then receiving commissions is not an issue. Our goal is to hire team members who can perform up to our company standards and follow company polices. Training, team work and making sure the job is done right is extremely important. You say our employees are too afraid to speak up, but you didn’t. If you felt your manager was not performing up to company standards, you should have spoken up. Nothing can be done if the AVPs are not made aware of the situation. We wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors and have a great day.
