      Great benefits but demanding environment with rapid changes

      Pros

      Good company and exceptional benefits, but maybe quite demanding. This is a not a job for someone who need to be told what to do. You have to find where you would be of the best use and apply your skills there in order to succeed in this place

      The company is undergoing major changes and grows rapidly, so there is a lot of internal organizational changes, which may feel overwhelming.
