Pros

• Exceptional Branding and Visual Identity: The company’s creative direction and aesthetic execution are among the best in the Web3 space. • Top-Tier Animation and Design Studio: Superduper has built a genuinely impressive in-house creative team, capable of producing high-quality visual assets and animations that rival leading creative agencies • Competitive Compensation Packages: Salaries are strong and benchmark well against industry peers. Note: As echoed by real market feedback, “Superduper would be better off as a Web3 marketing and branding agency”—a sentiment that speaks to where the firm’s core strengths currently lie.

Cons

The firm suffers from consistently poor operational execution and a lack of institutional rigor. There is minimal information sharing or transparency from leadership, leading to confusion across internal teams and external stakeholders. Widespread investor and community dissatisfaction is evident across public social channels, suggesting broader contagion risks and reputational concerns. The team is relatively inexperienced and has not been able to recover from flawed tokenomics or a lack of sustainable product fundamentals. Rather than focusing on achieving product-market fit or generating revenue, the company tends to follow industry hype cycles—resulting in misaligned priorities and superficial progress. There is no discernible research culture within the organization, and strategic decisions often lack data-driven support. Leadership appears aware of the limited obligations outlined in their SAFT agreements and, in some cases, use this as justification for delayed or failed project launches. Capital is disproportionately allocated to marketing and branding efforts, rather than to meaningful product development or ecosystem growth. Prospective employees, investors, and partners should exercise caution and conduct thorough diligence before engaging with this firm.

Pros

Pay was okay I suppose.

Cons

This is the Laurel and Hardy of companies. Are they crypto, NFTs, animated series on Netflix, casino, sports book? They don't know. They made lofty claims about what they wanted to do and they're going to onboard a billion people onto crypto but in all honesty, they couldn't onboard a small boat. Completely inept at most things, the management is shocking and decisions seem to be done with a flip a coin. No direction, no ideas and they seem to use the term 'rockstars' a lot. "Yeah, let's get some rockstar engineers onboard". Idiotic and brainless. Save yourself some hassle and steer clear.
