      Local team was great to work with.

      Cons

      The company promotes work life balance but it they lies. Upper management that are local try to make the branch's the same but do not understand that it is a different market and responsibility.

      It's a job, i guess.

      Cons

      Married management sleeping with guards. Extreme favoritism, illegal terminations, guards at certain accounts making more than field supervisors, no confidentiality or integrity. Management doesn't have supervision back. Management lies and so does HR.
