Unstable work environment/budget, instructors are very limited by budgetary constraints, college revises and updates job descriptions to include more duties without an accompanying increase in pay, poor communication between administration and faculty/staff

The leadership of the entire nursing department was unsupportive and untrustworthy. They talk about people that is not part of the local crowd. They manage instructors like they are students. They criticize with the intent to break you down as a individual.
