Pros
-Good insurance and benefits -Good pay (compared to the market for the skills needed but not in relation to the hours you work - you will work longer hours here than other companies that are willing to hire an account/project manager straight out of school, but you'll also get paid more and you get to skip being an account or project coordinator and go straight to a manager title which is quite valuable when applying to other jobs down the road) -can work from home when needed -because there's less structure, everyone talks to everyone
Cons
This job is a massive time commitment, but to the CEOs credit, he did tell me that during the interview. Vacation is frowned upon and if you do take one, you should at least expect to answer your phone while away. It's a startup so there are definitely some organizational issues but that takes time to get through and will hopefully get sorted out as the company grows. While I had my ups and downs while there, this was definitely an invaluable experience and I hope to keep my past coworkers in my network.
