Pros

Helpful managers, good work environment, good colleagues.

Cons

Nepotism is rife . A culture of "them and us". Exceptionally devided company. Some (most) get treated better than others. Already highly paid individuals within the company get added benefits such as meal allowance, fuel expenses etc. Lower paid individuals (waste barge) get absolutely nothing to show for their hard work. Contractor's get meals provided whereas lower paid employees don't. If you don't have a relative already working for the company then don't expect to be considered for promotion.
