feeling of being a valued part of the team both professionally and personally brilliant and fun coworkers encoraged to gorw and continue learning clients are kind getting to closely work with amazing art in your own and other departments everyday paid weekly best work life balance of any job in the arts I've had before

under paid for NYC benifits (health, dental ect) are out of reach to afford on the provided salary - many people are on government or a spouses health insurance as a result
