Pros

Some of the people who work there are really great and enjoyable to be around. They hire good people, but these people usually don't stay.

Cons

This is one of the worst places I've ever worked and I'm sure every positive review on Glassdoor is fake. It's disfunction, disorganized, etc. The people at the helm are beyond the run-of-the-mill insane variety you find in Hollywood... they're in a league of their own. It's hard to get anything done and the place is essentially a sham... right down to the numbers. Good staff don't stick around long. Stay far away. They'll try to sell you, so be careful if you interview there... because everything you hear is fake.

Beware Fake Reviews

Pros

Pay above market rate Some really good, smart employees

Cons

It's the kind of place that will force current employees to post fake reviews on this site. Seriously; what does it tell you that all of the Glassdoor reviews are either 1 star (real) or 5 star (fake)? The leadership here are such narcissistic tyrants that they'll force current employees to put up a bunch of fake reviews rather than find out why they're getting bad reviews.

Pros

The people are very nice, and there are snacks and lunch one time a week. We were not overworked, and I like the mission statement and idea behind the company. I felt I was working for a good cause.

Cons

As mentioned in another review, management is lacking in focus and professionalism. Felt undervalued and saw them get served for not fairly paying past workers. Owners lacked maturity and wanted you to be their friend. If you chose to stay cordial but not friendly, they could turn on people quickly. Always wanted you to agree with everything they said and could not take constructive criticism. Openly yelled at people and embarrassed them in front of other employees.
