      Pros

      Great local people, highly talented and passionate. Easy commuting location w access to several stores and restaurants. Safe walking area. Balanced lifestyle.

      Cons

      Due to buyout, constant state of flux, rqmts changed daily, had to literally go deliver donuts door to door, leads not cleaned, impossible to sell, no upward mobility.

      very small company, high medical premium cost, underpay , and the management wants you work over time without pay. Old school management. it's most stressful company I've known/experienced.

      Thank you for the review. Swift has always prided itself upon its communications and coaching of its employees and I wish that you had experienced a better example of such during your employment. Since its acquisition in November 2018 Swift Systems has undergone some major changes including the benefits package and management structure and I believe this has alleviated many of the concerns listed above. Stress is unfortunately inevitable in a high paced, high demand job and it's not the right fit for everyone. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
