      None I can think of. Easy work boring.

      Cons

      Wages are pathetic. They don't care about the guards cos there never promoted so morale is terrible. No training to get qualifications so you can get on better pay. Payslips never on time and if you ring managment they say they ring back but never do

      none I can honestly think of.

      Cons

      Promise you a great working environment with all the hours you want but that only lasts a few weeks. The will move you to various sites day in day out to provide cover for staff on holiday until they can find you a permanent site and you have "proven" yourself reliable. I went from 45+ hours a week to 28 when placed permanently on a site. Whatever site you end up on you will work for your minimum wage. why work and pay to obtain an SIA/DOOR SUPERVISOR/ CCTV badge just to earn minimum wage. Full shirt and tie, trousers and black shoes uniform which sucks as you only get the one. They say they have hundreds of sites but can never offer you a fixed permanent one
