      Flexible and mature team. Nice atmosphere.

      Lack of staff after redundancy rounds. Prone to volatile team changes due to crypto market.

      Pros

      Swyftx is a fantastic place to work. But your technical skills probably won’t grow because the core of the platform is entirely tech debt.

      Cons

      The production environment is managed by one of the co founders and he doesn’t trust anyone. There’s also very little technical autonomy. Implementation is tightly controlled by that same co founder.

      Fair market rate pay. A few of the people are genuine and were a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Closed and insincere culture. Prides themselves on being direct but in practice it is quite the opposite. Management had no idea what they were doing and could not have constructive conversations with staff.
