Comfortable atmosphere. Great company events and employee appreciation.
Cons
Pay needs to be more for the amount of upset/angry customers you have to deal with. Lots of nepotism!

The company culture at Symmetry is laid back and fun. Everyone has a job to do, but Symmetry makes it a priority to schedule employee appreciation events. We did things like company Bowling Part - The Big Lebowski Style, All day Boat party, Lazer tag, Rock wall Climbing and more! It's a great place to work.
