Pros

I've been working in the company for more than 1 year. And can say that I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and supportive environment. This is totally remote job, which is very important for me, The company has provided me with a laptop, and they have a really good benefits package. Throughout this period I've developed my skills as a marketing proffesional and I can recommend Symphony as a reliable employer.

Cons

Nothing from my side until now

Pros

Symphony Solutions is a place where you can work with genuinely smart and experienced people. There’s strong expertise in the industry, especially in complex product environments, and you can really feel that many teams know their domain deeply. The culture is one of the biggest plus — people are open, approachable, and ready to help. Collaboration feels natural rather than forced. If you take ownership and bring ideas to the table, they’re usually welcomed and discussed. It’s also nice to see that the company is actively moving toward AI-driven processes — not in a loud way, but in practical, everyday work. Tools that improve efficiency are actually used, and there’s openness to experimenting and improving how things are done.

Cons

Priorities can shift based on client needs, so flexibility is important. Sometimes processes evolve along the way, which can feel dynamic — but it’s part of growth.
