      Synchro has invested in my professional development since day one. I have enjoyed my first year here and would recommend this work place to anyone looking to find a start in their logistics career.

      Synchro has a fast paced environment where you grow and learn every day. If you do not have passion and pride in your work, you may find it difficult to keep up.

      - Synchro provides hands on training and shadowing to set you up for success - There is no ceiling of earnings, what you put in is what you get in return - Learning the in's and out's of the logistics industry on top of how to be successful in sales

      Learning and understanding the craft/potlucks/ not working outside in the sun

      Work and personal life balance , not the best. Negative comments about race was heard and referring to someone as a dumb or stupid blonde. There was not a steady hr rep present
