      Pros

      This is a great company to work for! There is great respect for work/life balance. You are encouraged to use your PTO. The staff is supportive and upper management is accessible. They invest in your professional development. Through my employment in the company, I was able to get licensed in different states. The colleagues are great and it feels like a family.

      Cons

      The caseload can fluctuate sometimes.

      Flexibility in schedule Able to create a work and life balance Free CEUs for yearly licensure requirements 1:1 meetings with clinical lead/ operator- very caring and considerate individual Very family oriented and relaxed environment 100% remote

      Pay is low for the LPC, MHSP Productivity is unrealistic meet- 40 clients per week is excessive and burnout

      Pros

      This is the job I’ve been looking for since I was licensed 8 years ago! Awesome managers and support, autonomy, high quality focus on client care, fair pay, good health insurance, great vacation time - it’s the whole package! They have high expectations (which is a good thing, with all these online companies popping up that don’t even hold interviews) and they compensate equal to their expectations. The tech is truly next-gen kind of stuff, using AI to meaningfully support mental health treatment is pretty amazing.

      Cons

      It’s not a con to me, but fair warning - when they say 40 hour work week, they mean it. Nothing more, nothing less.
