      Pros

      I mostly worked for service companies so guess I'm able to make some comparisons here, and Syndicode definitely stands out by being service-product oriented. Ideas are met with respect and interest, lots of online activities and 0 micromanagement fr. Also, is it just me but I'd really prefer my salary reviews to happen more often 🙈 Anyways, great place to work! Keep rocking Syndicode, happy to be onboard!

      I'm hoping we'll have an office in Spain in the future, remote work is great for flexibility but i want to see people more often
