Pros
1) Some friendly staff, but high staff turnover (wonder why?) 2) Management nice on the surface (but it's all fake) 3) Small perks during the week (ice cream, chocolate bars, breakfast) 4) Good environment for learning clinical science skills.
Cons
1) You get criticised for asking questions - better to keep quiet in your cubicle and not ask any questions, as management will criticise you for it later. 2) Management has no human touch and hides away from face-to-face discussions. 3) Unreliable management that does not stick to performance review format that they themselves have introduced. 4) Poor training. 5) Very poor support from management overall - you mean nothing to them. 6) Anonymous feedback via line manager with no follow-up or chance to learn/improve from feedback. Feedback often delayed by several weeks. 7) As feedback is anonymous, it breeds an air of mistrust, as you never know who might snitch on you in the future. 8) Staff seems fearful of airing grievances and just keep their heads down.
