Pros

Incredible support from all the staff: colleagues, specialists, training instructors, and immediate/middle management all exemplify awesomeness. One genuinely feels like part of the team and there are many wonderful people working together. Good pay and solid benefits.

Cons

Parent company is apparently infiltrating into the subsidiary business, removing/altering certain perks and benefits. Causes consternation to FSE's who have been with the company for any significant length of time as they witness diminishing returns on some of the longstanding perks of the position. Employees can be subjected to customers who are rather nasty and vitriolic (though *most* are actually very nice).

Pros

Seems reasonably well run. Good HR department in my experience. They had a very good benefits package and I liked my coworkers and managers.

Cons

Pay could have been better. Software was very antiquated. I felt the training provided was lacking. A few random shuffles meant that I had three different mangers over the course of a year who expected different things
