No HR policy no organization culture. The company is owned by Akhilesh Kapoor who has no regards for his employee and treat employee like servant. Super unprofessional person, abuse and threaten employee (both genders).Salary is released after making an employee wait for minimum 02month,only if the employee is an existing employee usually one has to made requests several times to release salary, HR is not at all bothered about employee relation or welfare . Ex-employee's salary are usually paid in Labour Court. Reimbursement is on MD's wish. The MD strongly believes in Hire & Fire policy. HR hardly comes to office. Vendors are also not paid on time.

Worst company to work in Gurgaon. No HR policy, No Environment, No Leave policy, No Salary. They hire candidates with wrong commitments. High expectation from Management, but not paying Salaries on time sometimes in 2 or more months & if you want to Quit the company, so forgot about your pending salary or any experience or relieving letter because as usual they do not have any standard Policies.
