Pros
The direct managers/leads and team that we work with are very helpful and hands on in the work load. The culture amongst employees is friendly as well.
Cons
The upper management is so disconnected from procedures on a day to day basis, and are only ever seen on the floor when they try to exert a form of intimidation. Management is not scared to show who they favor for growth, while telling others that they are not qualified. The fact that leads delegate work that is given to them also causes a lot of miscommunication from the top down.

A great company to work for. Small, family-feel with managers that care about your growth. HR continually strives to bring everyone together to make sure employees feel connected. I’m excited to see all the things we can accomplish together.
Cons
The location is not centrally located.
