The company has recovered from a difficult spell that came about just after the recession. During the downturn there were so many layoffs, often without notice. Good people were let go and it was a scary time at the company. However, JT, the CEO, has done an immense amount of work reorganizing and refocusing the company on priorities, execution, operations and safety.

Sales team unaware of how operations works and do not include all costs during quotes. Specific customer requirements are not discussed in length prior to project. Processes need definition. Departments require alignment to ensure smooth process flows.

Management has changed at the top in 2013 and has resulted in a realignment of the company business.

If you can't resolve a problem in less than 2 minutes you will get dinged. Company management has no idea what it takes to do the things they want and have no interest in learning. Management lies to employees about how they are doing and forces first level managers to lie. The infrastructure is old. They frequently buy software that they won't pay for upgrades on so we have no place to get support if needed. We are still expected to resolve problem. If you are thinking about working here run run away.

The commute can be far depending on what side of town you live on. The area as to where the facility is located is not on the best side of town. Since the facility is older there are a few upgrades that are needed and it would be nice to have a paved parking lot.

Non credible, I had red flags when I applied for position and made me wait for 6 months to hear back. Eventually they have high employee turnover because of toxic leadership in Quality and Manufacturing team. My only motivation to leave a review is to save potential hardworking engineers and technician to save themselves from a miserable life.
