      Interesting clients but toxic management and boring work

      Pros

      Interesting clients, oftentimes with great opportunities to learn things about art from them, beautiful store.

      Cons

      Hierarchical, passive aggressive management. Never any praise given. The work is boring 99% of the time, staring at a wall for minimum wage but with the pressure of a more senior role. Management has all the top clients leaving the associates to fight over the scraps of a few walk-ins. Open smack-talking of fellow employees, bullying constant firings, very negative environment. Fellow sales associates are the only good people in the company.
