Oppurtunity to have one-on-one with senior managers which can greatly facilitate your learning if you are equisitive.There is no definite structure for their intern programme so they programme is tailor-made to best suit the skill and abilities of an individual.
Cons
Work load is not that hectic which means you learn at a slower pace. They pay well above the general average in the market so if you are starting out you might be stack there because other companies will find you expensive to hire given the skills and years of experience.
