      - great coworkers - positive Safety culture - favorable company growth and advancement - professional development opportunities

      Cons

      - long hours - potential weekend and night shift working As we work on our customers sites, we need to work around production and maintenance priorities. This leads us to schedule shifts on short notice, weekends and on nights.

      Company defends you and supports its employees on site regarding safety and over reach. Older employees were on point, well organized and hard working, felt inspired to work by the dedication of the majority of the staff at my location, everyone has some bad apples

      Cons

      Customer employees would take liberties and the union wasnt interested in helping individuals

      Pays decent amount of money

      Cons

      Supervisors don't know how to do their jobs properly. Constantly had to help team leads do their job and my job at the same time. They promote people based off of whether or not they like you, not your qualifications. They provide no benefits or any incentive to stay there long term.
