      Good work, if you're aggressive

      Pros

      Mostly-supportive environment. Frequently rewards success. Room for rapid growth.

      Cons

      Income is purely commission-based. Management and team members don't recognize a learning curve. The idea of failure, even minor failure, is mocked frequently. Management has no understanding of mental issues that may affect workplace efficiency.

      Kind of a scam

      Pros

      Employees are supportive and there is a good sense of community. They often go out to eat together and the manager was very approachable. Commission is 160%

      Cons

      Told me it was not a sales job during the interview but then told me during my first day that they wanted me doing sales full time for a year and then sales for half of the day after that. Told me I could choose a salary plus commision option instead of only commission, that was a lie. It's the same job as a door to door salesman only you go to small businesses in strip malls instead of homes.

      No pros whatsoever. Not even great magazines in waiting room. The clearly immature "president" of this company is clearly not the caliber person who would be in charge of any legitimate company.

      Cons

      Lies to get you in door. Lies to get you hired. Lying to clients. Shady everything. I could go on and on...

      We appreciate the feedback but you may have a few things wrong. Let's start with this being a legitimate company. We've been in business since 2004 and work with the biggest and best brand names, all industry leaders. I don't think they'd put their brand name on an illegitimate business. Next we do not lie, do not lie to get you hired lol. I've never heard of a company that gets 2000 applicants/week lying to hire 5 of those 2000 people. In fact we try to streamline our hiring process but apparently you must have slipped through the cracks. Next we have not received 1 customer complaint or client complaint as of September 2015 when we started representing our current client. That's over 1000 new business customers. I like those percentages. Furthermore, you did have 1 valid point when you said the president is "childish!" I will have to agree he can be a bit of a jokester but we like it that way.... Keeps us young! Best wishes on your job search!
