      Pros

      Co-workers and team mates are awesome. Lunch provided daily for HQ staff. PTO is decent. Good opportunity to learn new things on the job. Pay is in line with market average.

      Cons

      About six to nine months ago senior management changed how they handle things dramatically. TENICA went from one of the best places I have ever worked to one of the most toxic. Micromanagement to the maximum. No interest in best practices, problem solving, or professional experience, only what one particular person wants. The culture that TENICA used to pride itself on no longer exists. Nepotism and favoritism is much higher than other places.

      Disengaged leadership who mainly care about their business profits and Do Not Value their employees!

      People at HQ are nice but not very involved in day to day work of contractors.

      Cons

      Employees are not given a lot of information on contract changes, no real benefits other than salary.
