      Pros

      Seemingly progressive company with a lot of work on, potential for lots of travelling around NI and on sites if that's your thing. Some good people, though not all.

      Cons

      ALOT of bad mouthing/ backstabbing culture, grown men that need hair nets. Clique culture. No room for training or development. Too many bluffers in established positions.

      The people can be nice.

      Cons

      Management don't know what there doing, old school mentality in the treatment of staff. Staffed treated as second class. Senior management turns a blind eye to staff abuse. Very cold atmosphere and culture. Owners trapped in the past. Staff conditioned to think these are normal attitudes.
