The company's blatant bias against women was evident in every aspect of the workplace. Women were consistently overlooked for promotions and opportunities that were instead handed to less qualified men. Despite working long hours and taking on additional responsibilities, the compensation was far below industry standards. It was clear that the company did not value the hard work and dedication Employees were expected to work long hours without any time off to recharge and rejuvenate. This lack of work-life balance took a toll on morale and productivity, leading to a toxic work environment. Decisions were made arbitrarily, and there was a clear lack of communication and transparency. It was evident that favoritism played a significant role in how employees were treated,

Over worked at times. Expected to work long hours. I worked at the DAL location. I worked a minimum of 10 hours a day. Most days running/working the equivalent of two supervisors jobs due to low staffing. Overall negative work environment. Not much positive feedback involved. Always something negative. Advancements within the building sometimes questionable. Flawed upper management. I could go on and on about this building.
