Cons

Unfortunately working for the Interpretation group, and being a small consultancy, does not bring challenging projects to work on. There is no Career Path established for most positions Salaries are pretty low and not competitive, independently of you experience/skills

Limited career progression and cynical management. Always want something for nothing. Poor salaries compared to peers in other seismic contractors.

Good external trainings package and fruits twice a week.

Cons

Lack of integrity and collaboration throughout the organisation. Unhealthy competition between colleagues. There is no TEAM just group of individuals. Lack of focus and direction from team leaders. Promotes people based on favouritism. Poor management. Poor cooperation between departments.
