      Great varied work in a fast paced environment with recognition for hard work and dedication. TGW strive to reward and develop all of their employees. They are a forward thinking business not only looking to innovate in technologies but also their working practices. We have a fantastic working environment with great opportunities for flexible working.

      Not always enough hours in the day to work on all required projects.

      Nice building , some nice co workers.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from management. Processes not followed or adhered to. Lots of back stabbing going on between managers , workers caught up in the middle.

      The People Make The Place

      Pros

      I've always believed that it's the people that make the place, meaning that even in bad situations as long as you're in good company you can make the most of it. This is something I learned during my time in the military, and having such great colleagues at TGW made the transition an easy one.

      Cons

      There isn't a standardised pay system in my department, people can be on radically different salaries for the same job. Generally seem to underpay .
