There is no leadership, zero direction, poor work conditions, extremely low morale, no transparency. Senior management barely works and rarely shows up in person, but expects employees to break their backs. It is true misery coming to work every day here.

Hourly rate for ba's is well below industry standard poor management, no trust in leadership the company claims to be "employee owned" which is a lie, but i am sure it helps sales. sad tho, they use and abuse their workers with false hope.. this company is doomed. they have a grow with no running water or restrooms and expect people to hapily work in terrible conditions.
