Pros

Promotional products is a fun industry that is ever changing and a fast paced environment. Work to life balance is better than most. Weekends off. Paid holidays and PTO.

Cons

Most people who work there, have worked there for years. There is no room for advancement. Your role is your role and will likely always be your role. Due to most of them knowing each other since school, they still act like a bunch of high schoolers. You're just a new person in their clique so always remember that. I wouldn't trust but maybe 5 people in that office. The owners and upper management are awful human beings.

Not an employee friendly company

Pros

They have a roof so you don't get wet when it rains and air conditioning in the summer, if you are in the office. Oh and free parking

Cons

- You get laid off in the summer unless see below. - The Boss's son goes around bragging that FL has a high unemployment rate so they dont have to treat us that great because there are always people looking for work. - If you don't play online video games with the right people in the office, you get stuck with crapping everything. (office equipment, promotions, year round work, etc) - There is alot of bullying and cliches - Not much diversity (gender or race wise).
