Pros

I have worked for this company before. I left to chase money. I enjoyed working here, but it was difficult to pass on what I was being offered. In the end, they were not able to provide me with the proper tools to do my job. This company catches a lot of heat from people within the industry...and this is a very competitive market. The truth is I have never been treated as well as I am here. They care about the people working for them and if you show them you are valuable to the growth of the company, they will bend over backwards to get you what you need and provide additional help when possible. The CRM is easy to understand. The database is easy to follow and maintain. Even the cold leads are solid. I am one of many throughout the years who apparently have left and come back. That speaks volumes. It says people leave for what they believe are greener pastures, only to learn that the pasture was far greener here. I feel respected and appreciated, and nothing is more important to me. It's what keeps me motivated to succeed.

Cons

I have a list of "Cons" that I could put here, but they are nit-picky procedural things that I would change and are ultimately irrelevant to the success of the company or the overall work environment.

Pros

Its a company and if you like abuse you will find a home there.

Cons

The former owner(still the president) never has anything nice to say. He is very negative. Every day the first question every employee ask each other is "have you seen him?" "is he in a bad mood?". Everyone is scared of him, they try not to make eye contact because they know they will be next on his list to yell at and find a reason to blame the companies poor performance on them. He is out of touch with current day management he lives in the past. He believes screaming and demeaning people is an effective management tool. He loves to stand in front of an audience and tell the same old stories about himself and how great he is. He does not give credit to the people who made him successful. On many occasions he promised bonuses tell the whole company everyone will get a bonus. Only a few actually received a bonus no sales personal even though it was promised. He will change comp-plans without notice. He changed comp-plans recently and did not notify any sales rep, they only found out when they received their pay checks. He really treats everyone bad, its really sad because so many nice people work here. By the Way all positive reviews here were posted at his command by current employees who were instructed to write a positive view of the company. They are in fear of their jobs and posted reviews here to protect their job.

Pros

There are some very good coworkers

Cons

Wayne Harryman is a worthless human being. Most negative individual I have ever encountered. He hates to pay commissions or contest yet makes certain you understand the priority that he make his bonuses. Unbelievable This man is always concerned about what, when & where everyone is at or doing yet he is the only person that hasn't put in an honest days work for many years. It is truly sickening to be witness to the laziness and demeaning actions and words from Wayne Harryman. He is single handedly ruining this company before his time is up. He breaks so many ethical codes it is ridiculous. But rest assured one of his overpaid relatives will write a rebuttal to this review. Unfortunately they will be the first employees to be let go whenever someone with any power comes in and sees where the inefficiencies are and have been within the company. It is my opinion that every employee not a relative or personal friend of this miserable person are eagerly awaiting his departure as it cannot come soon enough. It truly escapes me as to why a great parent company hasn't corrected the insubordination and irresponsible actions of this so called leader. Yet they seem to be okay allowing this kind of behavior from one of their core companies.
