For the most part genuine, nice team mates

Cons

No organisational structure, no metrics, no tangible marketimg knowledge. Senior management mine staff for ideas to present as their own. Questionable financial management practices. No career progression. No right to disconnect and managements finest asset is posturing. Quite possibly the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to encounter.

There really weren’t many, the most awful business I have ever worked for.

Cons

It is so badly run, the worst HR team I have ever encountered, so junior and so amateur. I am really not sure how the business has run as long as it has, it is just terrible. Please run as fast as you can. People stay for many many years as they would struggle to find a role in any other business. I am not sure how above board things are here.

Where to start -Money - You will never get a pay rise except potentially a derisory kick in the teeth amount. What you start on is what you will leave on. -Beware fake reviews - these are written by management and HR because they cannot recruit. - Current employees do not normally write reviews, look at the reviews of the former employees - There is a theme to the former employees reviews. - Most staff looking for a new job - Staff not seen as staff they are seen as objects to be worked to death then can be thrown away - The group in the most severe financial difficulty - look it up for yourself on Companies House - Hire and fire mentality - Incompetent management - there is a reason they they are in such financial difficulty
