- Good environment - Good salary - Pretty good benefit (for contract staff at least..) - A good connection with people can help you learn much more.

Cons

- Work-life balance is non-existent for someone important in a project. - Because of some people don't want to work extra, causing the important person to work harder than they should. You can figure out what I'm talking about.
