Pros

Friendly co workers (usually all new hires) Good clients High energy but then again all to mask the hype of going door to door

Cons

- company deducts you money for transportation - very high turnover rate (always almost all new people with one or two long term employees) - misleading (they tell you in the interview it's customer service when all you actually do is door to door - all reps make minimum wage and go door to door 8 hours trying to convince people to donate 30$/month for 12 months - company makes you go door to door no matter rain/snow/shine - company makes experienced reps train new people constantly - company has a bad reputation for ripping off employees and empty promises like bonuses etc - company relies on reps to use their own cars to drive to destinations ( up to 1 hr 30 mins away)

Pros

Cool People to work with, that's about all I can say about it. They make it sound so easy but it's not at all easy to get people to even open their door when it's 20 degrees out and dark, much less make a donation to a stranger.

Cons

Work outside in horrible weather. Basically begging people for donations for not that much money. 100% commission. Basically everyone there has worked a 50 hour week and not gotten a paycheck that week. Trips out of town will get you back into town really late at night, don't see any extra for that. once you have been there for a while, you are forced to take some sketchy people out with you for the day, and have to train them if they get the job. People smoke too much weed here too

Pros

You got to work with some nice people... there was such a high turnover. pretty much all new faces every week. If you do really well with the company you can get away with almost anything.

Cons

Stressful, they cheat you our of money and you never really get to see the paperwork where it tells you why you get paid what you do... you are going door to door in dangerous conditions. You have to pay for gas, if you choose to go on a road trip it is very unorganized and everything is last min. Long hours where they often want you to work over 44 hours a week but don't want to pay you for it. Basically you get let go at the drop of a hat without any warning if they think you aren't going to make them enough money.
