Good work-life balance, but culture and benefits declined

The work life balance has been pretty good.

Cons

Since being purchased by a large corporation, the culture and benefits have quickly declined. The ability of leadership to make quick impactful decisions has all but evaporated. The benefits have become more costly with salary increases being minimal. With the mass exits of sales reps, territories are growing which increases responsibility with out increasing resources or compensation. The sales comp plan has changed to being almost unattainable forcing many reps to seek out new companies.

Limited training with unqualified leadership and disorganization

Pros

Training was good but short and limited. Once your training is "complete" you are accountable to produce immediately.

Cons

Leadership is not qualified to manage people. Small company that cannot handle increased workloads. Only have a small number of engineers to approve proposals nationwide. Disorganized.
