Management has ridiculous "goals"

Pros

Weekday work hours 1.30 pm-7.30 pm. The head of education is the best. She is very encouraging and super understanding. If it weren't for her I would've quit earlier.

Cons

Ridiculous goals are set for us teachers. Almost impossible. Management is money-minded. Has the work-til-you-die attitude which is extremely toxic. Only 1 day off. A lot of documents and forms are in Chinese which is inconvenient for non-Chinese employees. They also micromanage the smallest things. Says that managers cannot talk to teachers and be close with them. Teachers cannot be in the same classroom even when there are no classes. For what??? They talk so much about being "a family" but they act against it.

Pros

Salary - A generous salary provides financial stability Children happiness - Children often radiate joy and positivity, bringing a special kind of happiness to those around

Cons

Poor internal management- Workplace is stressful, and as an employee, I feel unsupported or uncertain about my tasks and obligations. Unclear instructions - Lead to confusion and frustration. Also, tell us "想办法“. As a upper manager, never give idea and support subordinate just look at the big date and give lecture Job Scope not Align - I discovered that the corporation was undertaking jobs that did not need or match my competence, resulting in decreasing job satisfaction and drive. This mismatch is detrimental to professional development since individuals may lose out on opportunities to develop and utilise their abilities (the company was sugar-coated during the interview). Additional work during after work - Asked to take on more work after hours, resulting in little personal time because working hours are on weekends. Concern regard subordinate feeling -Never make an attempt to speak with subordinates about job situations; instead, simply urge us to reach the company's targets
