Pros
The culture really came through the moment I started speaking with team members. I came into the office for my interview and it was game over - I knew this was the place I wanted to be! The team really come through for each other, there is regular recognition for the team's efforts, support is available if you're willing to ask for it and the founders listen to, and act on, feedback.
Cons
A busy environment can mean comms are lost in translation, But as mentioned, the founders listen to feedback from the team, so this is already being remedied to ensure communication in the company stays a priority.

Pros
Too Many! Being new to the industry, it could have been easy to fall into the hands of a poor recruitment agency, but I have definitely landed on my feet with TRIA. From my interview stages and onwards the directors and now colleagues have been nothing but supportive, kind, helpful and motivational! After just 1 week I felt I had been there a lifetime. TRIA genuinely treat people like people, and you never feel looked down upon. The directors cant do enough to make sure you are happy and enjoying the work place. The levels of support are endless. - Awesome Culture - Many of exclusive Clients -Super supportive Directors -Lots of incentives / team day outs / socials - Great atmosphere -Friendly colleagues -Good banter -Progression Opportunities -Flexibility -The best office space and views!
Cons
No cons from my end. You could have long days depending on your work load, but you get out what you put in. Longer days are your own choice!

Pros
I was at final stage interview with other agencies and had 1 offer on the table, I was really excited about my next role with these potential companies. Right at the end of my search Tria came onto my radar and as soon as I met the Directors I knew immediately this was the place for me and cancelled all other roles. Really sensible relationship approach to recruitment, absolutely no KPI's (I think this is even seen as a swear word at Tria). And having worked somewhere that claims to have no KPI’s that then makes you fill in about 20 different spreadsheets detailing your every move, I can hand on heart say there is not even some subtle disguised KPI’s. We are trusted to deliver and simply given the support to achieve this…. Everyone is so friendly and works together so well, the support, banter and advice are available in equal measure. One of the best things of working at Tria is the autonomy to choose my own path but with as much or as little support as I want. I wasn’t given a market / vertical and told to get on with it, quite rare in the world of recruitment. I have 14 years’ experience across 3 other agencies and can honestly say Tria manage to combine all the good bits from all 3 into 1 agency but without the bad elements, not an easy thing to do. Commission scheme is the best I have seen on the market and you can choose from the various schemes to suit your experience and needs. It all seems very sensible and incredibly simple. Having spent the last 6 months working from home, I have felt fully supported, trusted and also like I am very much part of the team. The office is now back open and buzzing but I have not had any pressure to return to the office (Jab going in arm very soon so can't wait to return). The best thing about Tria??? (hard to choose) but I think is the flexibility and attitude from the 3 Directors to look at their business structure and make alterations when required to make sure Tria continues to remain a great place to work and can cater for everyone’s individual needs whilst still remaining very fair for everyone. Oh and almost forgot to mention, we have without doubt the greatest office space in Bristol with incredible views.
Cons
Hard to say really as after I joined I was in the office for a few weeks before Covid came back and I have worked from home ever since. It was a great few weeks getting to know everyone. The only con I can think of is I have heard stories of the amazing Tria nights out that happened regularly before Covid and am yet to experience one... not really a negative I guess but great to know Tria know how to throw a party

Pros
- Amazing work culture - Many exclusive clients (great for a recruitment agency) - Super supportive - Working with really successful people in the industry
Cons
Occasional long hours but it's at your discretion, the directors would never force you to stay late

Pros
Having joined Tria early 2018 every day since has been an absolute pleasure to watch and be a part of a forward thinking, passionate and driven business that is based around building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Tria is a really collaborative place to work with help and advice offered at all levels in the business, there is an abundance of internal and external training offered as well. I have worked in multiple recruitment business over the years and experienced varied environments and people in the industry and can honestly say that I don’t think there is a better team out there. There is a real mixture of personalities in the business but we all hold the same core values and ethics with a competitive and driven work ethic it works very well as a recipe for success. I’m very much looking forward to seeing this company grow in the coming years and being a part of that, 2019 will see an awesome new office and room for growth company wide.
Cons
Nothing to report at present

Pros
Such a great atmosphere! The directors put in a lot of effort during the interview process to make sure that they hire people who are going to fit in well to the team dynamic and thanks to that it's a very non-toxic atmosphere for a recruitment agency! Quite the opposite, it feels like I have a second family here! Everyone was so welcoming even after just the first week. Some notable pros are: - Great atmosphere - Supportive environment - from directors, managers and the rest of the team - Fruit delivery every Monday for the week (help yourself!!) - (Optional) Team Personal Training session at Nuffield Health every Wednesday - Great team incentives that EVERYONE gets to enjoy (not just the top billers!!)
Cons
Genuinely can't think of any really... I suppose potentially the need to stay in the office a bit later every now and then - but that depends on your work load and how you manage it. Plus if that's what you need to do to hit a deadline then that's what you need to do.

Pros
Many organisations claim to have a collaborative and happy atmosphere but Tria genuinely does. At Tria, you will feel appreciated and supported. They have built a talented team from a variety of backgrounds that all share similar ambitions, motivations and drive to succeed. There is a much more hands-on approach to training but you are set up with everything you need to be successful and there is so much experience in the team that just being around a senior recruiter contributes hugely. Management are brilliant and will make sure opportunities are given in order to match aspirations in terms of personal and career development. Given how far Tria have come in such a short timeframe their way of recruiting (with integrity, honesty and building relationships) is genuinely the most successful; as a result, it is a fantastic place to start a career post-university.
Cons
Hours can be long but you get out what you put in.

Pros
Joining TRIA has been one of the best decisions I've made so far. I knew I wanted to get into recruitment, but was not 100% sure on the type of recruitment business I wanted to join. I had multiple interviews, with a variety of agencies, including some of the big names, but TRIA stood out by far! The three directors have built a team and culture that inspires excellence. TRIA very much epitomise the meaning of team, and whilst everyone maintains a competitive spirit which drives personal performance, we also very much have a collaborative approach to everything we do. Everyone of us comes in everyday with a great sense of humour, a commitment to delivering and a massive sense of pride for working here!
Cons
-The blinds sometimes let too much sunlight in, but apparently this will not be the case in the swanky new offices!

Pros
As cheesy as it sounds but the best part of Tria Recruitment is the people I work with. The interview process is quite long (think I had 3) but it pays off. Everyone in the office gets on so well but its because personality is such a key factor. By the time I got my offer I think I had met most people including all of the directors and team leaders so you can really get a feel for the company, ethos etc.
Cons
It's recruitment so it can be a little stressful with long hours sometimes. However I think thats the case with any recruitment company as when you work hard, you see the benefits. It's definitely easier than other companies as everyone around you is doing the same and really supportive (especially if you having a bad day)!

Pros
Wonderful atmosphere, constantly showing you the way to take a hold of new opportunities as they arise. A place where your opinion matters, and you stand by what you believe. Everyone shows constant support and collaboration - fundamental in your success. It is clear that TRIA's management team are fully invested in you and your development!
Cons
Long working hours, however this is optional, and you get what you put in. Some pressure to perform well but coincided with the right support to get you to where you would love to go. Benefits and pay although start small, do grow in time - patience and determination will get you there.
