      Small Agile Company, Very Flexible and Willing to Accommodate the Employee While Meeting the Mission Requirements. Accommodating staff and great team environment. Dedicated to meeting the mission!

      Small Company with Limited Promotional Opportunity, Nepotism can Reside in Small Companies Like this One, in Some Cases this is Beneficial, in Others it is Quite Not. Not the best at recognizing accomplishments and acknowledging them.

      Pros

      If you want a place where there are bosses who make you do your job along with the jobs of those who don't do their own jobs, where there is close to no opportunity for advancement and there is no such thing as getting a raise, then Tri-Star Engineering is the place for you.

      Cons

      -those at the top only care about themselves -management is more concerned about who has more power over who than what's best for the company -business decisions did not make logical sense to myself or most employees -will find every excuse possible to make your life miserable or get you to quit if they don't like you -bad pay -they expect you to know things that you obviously would not before working there

      Staff treated with respect. Felt “visible” to leadership and appreciated. Rewarded for job well done with raises and perks throughout the year.
